NESIBIC welcomes pastors, ministry workers, church leaders, students, and believers who desire deeper biblical understanding and spiritual growth. We offer flexible study options — on-campus, online, and hybrid — to accommodate local and international students.

Programmes are available from Certificate to Doctorate level, with affordable tuition and flexible payment plans designed to ensure no one is hindered from pursuing their calling by financial limitations.

Request an official application form from the Registrar's Office or apply online at newstarsbiblecollege.org.

Submit Completed Form

Return the completed form along with the non-refundable application fee of USD 7.

Provide Financial Proof

Demonstrate readiness or ability to pay the approved school fees for your chosen programme.

Admission Processing

Pay the Admission Processing Fee (USD 10) and await confirmation from the Registrar's Office.

Requirements

Entry Requirements by Level

Certificate
Duration: 6–12 months

Certificate Programme

Basic literacy and a genuine commitment to the Christian faith. No prior academic theological training required.

Diploma
Duration: 1–2 years

Diploma Programme

Secondary school certificate or equivalent qualification. Certificate in theological studies is an advantage.

Bachelor
Duration: 3–4 years

Bachelor Programme

Diploma in theological or related studies, or equivalent qualification recognised by the Academic Office.

Masters
Duration: 1–2 years

Masters Programme

Bachelor's degree in a relevant theological or ministerial field from a recognised institution.

Doctorate
Duration: 3–5 years

Doctorate Programme

Master's degree in a relevant field with demonstrated research capability and ministerial experience.

International
All Levels

International Students

NESIBIC welcomes international students. Online and hybrid study pathways are available. English proficiency is required as the language of instruction is English.

How to Apply

Application Procedure

Step-by-Step Process

Obtain Application Form

Collect the official application form from the Registrar's Office at the College campus, or complete the online application at newstarsbiblecollege.org.

Submit with Payment

Return the completed form along with the prescribed non-refundable application fee (USD 7).

Provide Documentation

Submit proof of relevant academic qualifications, a pastoral reference where required, and identity documents.

Financial Confirmation

Provide proof of financial readiness or ability to pay the approved school fees for the chosen programme.

Admission Decision

The Registrar's Office will review your application and notify you of the admission decision. Processing fee: USD 10.

Registration

Upon acceptance, complete registration with the Registrar's Office and receive your student ID (USD 20).

Study Modes Available

On-Campus
Regular attendance at the College campus in Lagos, Nigeria. Full immersion in the NESIBIC community.
Online
Distance learning for students outside Lagos or Nigeria. Full access to course materials and faculty support.
Hybrid
A combination of on-campus and online study, allowing flexibility while maintaining community connection.

Language of Instruction

English is the primary language of teaching at NESIBIC. All course materials, assessments, and communications are conducted in English.

International students are required to demonstrate adequate English language proficiency.
